Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of all DBDK Technology websites, products, APIs, white-label platforms, and related services — not only BBPS.

1. Agreement
By accessing our website or using any product or service of DBDK Technology (“DBDK”, “we”, “us”) — including partner, white-label, and API channels — you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Registered office: Office no 203, Possible Triangle Complex, opp Satva Prime, Mavdi road, Rajkot - 360004, Gujarat, India. Email: dbdktechnology@gmail.com
If you are a B2B partner, additional commercial, SLA, or API agreements may also apply. Those documents prevail for commercial rates, settlement, and licensed modules; these Terms still apply to website and platform use.
2. Products and services covered
DBDK is a fintech software and facilitation company. Our catalog includes, without limitation:
- Payments — BBPS bill payment, utility payments, mobile / DTH / postpaid recharge, AePS, DMT, payout, and payment-gateway technology.
- Travel — hotel, flight, bus, and train booking modules and related APIs.
- Identity & e-governance — Aadhaar-related facilitation, PAN, online applications, digital signature, and government-application links.
- Banking & insurance — digital account-opening and insurance distribution modules, offered as technology to partners; the bank or insurer is the product issuer.
- Platform — REST APIs, webhooks, white-label UI, partner / retailer panels, and custom software development, integration, onboarding, and managed support.
Availability of any product depends on enablement for your account, KYC, commercial agreement, and rules of the underlying bank, NPCI, operator, supplier, or regulator. We may add, pause, or withdraw a product with notice on the platform or by email where practicable.
3. Role of DBDK
Unless a separate written contract says otherwise, DBDK provides software, APIs, and facilitation. We are not the biller, bank, NPCI, telecom operator, airline, hotel, bus operator, IRCTC, UIDAI, PAN agency, or insurer. Those entities remain responsible for their products, tariffs, settlements, and customer-facing licences. You deal with them through our technology as enabled for your channel.
4. Eligibility
- You must be legally competent to enter a contract under Indian law.
- You confirm that details you enter (consumer number, mobile, beneficiary, traveller, KYC, etc.) are correct and that you are authorised to use them.
- Agents, retailers, and enterprise partners must complete KYC and onboarding as required before offering any regulated service (including BBPS, AePS, DMT, insurance, or KYC) to end customers.
- API and white-label access is only for the licensed entity and permitted use cases. Credentials must not be shared with unauthorised third parties.
5. BBPS and utility bill payments
Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) is an RBI-authorised, NPCI-operated interoperable bill-payment system. DBDK provides technology and/or facilitation so that customers can pay eligible bills (electricity, water, gas, mobile, DTH, broadband, insurance, loan, and other BBPS categories as enabled) through authorised channels.
Billers, amounts, due dates, and outstanding dues are as received from the biller / BBPS. We do not set your bill amount. A BBPS payment is successful only when you receive a successful status with a BBPS reference / approval number. Biller update timelines may differ from BBPS success.
6. Recharge, AePS, DMT, payout, and payment gateway
- Recharge is fulfilled by the operator. Plans, validity, and talk-time are as per the operator. A successful operator confirmation is final for that recharge.
- AePS, DMT, payout, and payment-gateway transactions succeed only when the bank / NPCI / gateway returns a success status with a unique reference (RRN / UTR / gateway ID as applicable).
- Pending, timeout, or unknown status is not confirmation. Do not retry until you check status or support confirms the outcome.
- You are responsible for correct beneficiary account, IFSC, UPI ID, and amount. A successful credit to a wrongly entered account may not be recoverable.
7. Travel booking
- Hotel, flight, bus, and train inventory, fares, taxes, and cancellation rules are those of the supplier (airline, hotel, operator, IRCTC / aggregators). DBDK displays and processes bookings as a technology partner.
- A booking is confirmed only when a PNR / booking ID is issued by the supplier and shown as confirmed on our platform.
- Name, age, date of birth, and travel documents must match the traveller’s ID. Errors can lead to denial of boarding or stay; correction, if allowed, follows supplier rules and may attract a fee.
- Schedule changes, delays, and cancellations by the supplier are outside DBDK’s control. Refunds and rebooking follow the Refund Policy and the supplier’s fare rules.
8. Identity, KYC, and e-governance
- Aadhaar, PAN, passport, voter ID, digital-signature, and similar services are processed through authorised agencies and government systems. DBDK provides software and facilitation only.
- Acceptance, rejection, processing time, and statutory fees are decided by the issuing authority. We do not guarantee issuance of any government document.
- You must submit genuine documents and use the service only for lawful purposes. We may refuse or suspend a request suspected to be fraudulent.
9. Banking and insurance modules
Bank-account opening and insurance (health, life, accident, or other covers as enabled) are issued by the respective bank or insurer. DBDK’s role is to provide onboarding / distribution software. Product terms, premiums, KYC, and claims are governed by that bank or insurer and by applicable RBI / IRDAI rules. DBDK is not the insurer or the bank unless a written appointment says so.
10. Software, APIs, white-label, and custom development
- Partners receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the enabled modules for their own business, as per the commercial agreement.
- You must not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or copy the software except as expressly allowed in writing.
- API usage must stay within documented limits, IP whitelist, and permitted services. You are responsible for securing your keys and for data you send through the API.
- Custom development, white-label branding, and managed support are delivered as scoped in the relevant proposal or SOW. Acceptance, change requests, and payment milestones in that document apply.
11. Your responsibilities (all products)
- Enter accurate details. A wrong consumer number, mobile, beneficiary, or traveller name may credit another party or fail; recovery is not guaranteed.
- Keep OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, login, and API secrets confidential.
- Do not use any service for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised third-party transactions.
- Retain transaction / booking / application references until the provider reflects success.
- Pay all disclosed amounts, including convenience or service fees shown before you confirm.
12. Fees, taxes, and confirmation
A convenience / service / platform fee, if shown, is charged in addition to the product amount and is disclosed before you pay. GST and other taxes apply as per law. Success is determined by the status and reference issued by the relevant rail (BBPS, bank, operator, travel supplier, or agency) — not by a debit SMS alone.
13. Failed, delayed, or disputed transactions
Failed transactions, cancellations, and refunds for every product are handled as described in the Refund Policy and as per NPCI / bank / UPI / card / operator / travel-supplier / agency rules. Raise a complaint with the transaction or booking ID, date, amount, and product details at dbdktechnology@gmail.com.
14. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for outages or errors of billers, NPCI, banks, operators, travel suppliers, UIDAI, insurers, force majeure, or loss arising from details you entered incorrectly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim relating to a transaction is limited to the service fee received by DBDK for that transaction, or for software services to the fees paid for the affected period under the relevant contract, except where law requires otherwise.
15. Intellectual property
Website content, software, APIs, and trademarks of DBDK remain our property. BBPS, NPCI, biller, operator, airline, hotel, UIDAI, and insurer marks belong to their respective owners. Partner branding on a white-label instance remains the partner’s, subject to the licence terms.
16. Changes and termination
We may modify these terms, fees, or available products. Continued use after posting means acceptance. We may suspend access for suspected fraud, regulatory direction, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction, subject to BBPS / NPCI, bank, travel-supplier, and other statutory complaint processes that may apply to a specific product.
